How Does It Work?
Send us an email with your flight arrival and departure information 5 days prior to your arrival at Alicante or Murcia airport.
With options 1 & 3 you are collected directly from the terminal at a designated collection point.
Driver will be at collection point within 15 minutes of flight arrival (subject to traffic).
With option 2 Call the office on arrival. You will be advised which bay your vehicle is parked in. The car park ticket and car park exit fee will be under the sun visor.
When departing Alicante or Murcia airport park the vehicle in the car park and leave the ticket under the sun visor. Call our office to advise us which bay you have left the vehicle in. We will collect the vehicle shortly after departure and pay the relevant ticket fee on exiting the car park. Your vehicle will be returned to your villa where it will be locked and secured until you next require our services.
When referring a friend it is important that your name and contract number is entered on their registration form. This information is essential for verification purposes and enables us to validate your claim for a 15% refund.
